Yes! You can customise metal purity, diamond quality, metal color of the design as per your requirement.

These 4Cs are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Colour classifies the diamond on a scale of colourless to visible yellow. Clarity gives information about the natural flaws and inclusions in the diamond and Carat Weight determines the actual weight of the diamond.

A diamond’s cut grade is a mark of its light performance. The cut is prized as one of the defining characteristics that can express the beauty and sparkle of a diamond. Cut grades vary from excellent cuts to poor cut.

Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

Made-to-Order

Products are customized as per your specifications and are manufactured once you place an order it usually takes 8-10 working days to ship your product.

Same Day Shipping

Payment

You can make your purchases on Harisons Diamonds through multiple payment methods. You can make payments through –

  • Cash on Delivery
  • NEFT Bank Transfer

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Kindly note all COD orders require telephonic/email confirmation before they are processed.

The maximum order value for a cash on delivery (COD) payment is Rs 50,000, it varies for different pin codes, details of which would be mentioned in the products details. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Kindly note in Cash On Delivery the courier partner will not do open delivery and package would be handed over only on receipt of payment by logistics partner.

  • For Cash on Delivery Orders,you will receive a confirmation call from us, kindly note the order will be taken into processing only after telephonic/email confirmation.
  • You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the My Account section.

  • To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number link.

Shipping

Shipping is absolutely free for all orders above Rs. 2000 when you purchase any product from us, in case order value is less than Rs.2000 nominal shipping charges upto Rs.200 are applicable. We also provide one free shipping service in case of returns or repair services.

We understand you may have apprehensions about online shopping and delivery of products. To ensure that your experience at harisonsdiamonds.com is convenient and hassle-free, we have tied up with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep. We have partnered with BlueDart, Sequel and DelhiVery to ensure your product reaches safely to you.

Your product is perfectly safe, all shipments are 100% insured till it is delivered.

Services and Policies

We offer one time FREE return shipping (within India) with the Easy Returns. Nominal logistics charges of Rs 500 is applicable in Lifetime Exchange Policy. For all the subsequent returns/exchanges under this policy, the shipping charges @ Rs 500 per request shall be borne by the Customer.

  • The product should be original and accompanied with the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice.

  • We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.
  • Please note that warranty service rendered is not chargeable. However, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.
  • Shipping charges are borne by customer as per actuals (within India) for such requests.
  • The policy is deemed void if any other third party jeweller has worked on it.

Yes, we provide 1 time free ring re-sizing service for rings purchased on www.pcjeweller.com within 15 days of order delivery.
